Dear Maharajas, Devotees and Matajis:
Please accept our humble obeisances. All Glories to Srila Prabhupada.
1. Definitions:
1.1. We define ISKCON as the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, his associates, Food For Life, Bhaktivedanta Institute, Bhaktivedanta Book Trust, and others programs following the specific line who was teached by Srila Prabhupada.
1.2. We define Srila Prabhupada as His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Svami Prabhupada, Founder Acarya of ISKCON, Saktiavesa Avatara, Jagat-guru and who have the encomended mission to materialize the Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's Sankirtana Movement.
1.4. We define ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) as the banner interchange system exclusive to the ISKCON's devotees comunity and true followers of the teachings of Srila Prabhupada.
1.4. We define WEB Site as all the information included into one specific URL (Internet address), at consideration of the WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE). as example: [http://www.iskcon.org] and [http://www.iskcon.org/hkindex] are considered as the same WEB Site. And [http://www.geocities.com/iskcon-mexico] and [http://www.geocities.com] are considered as different WEB Sites.
2. Who can be accepted in ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) program?
2.1. We can accept only WEB Sites from programs and/or devotees under the standards appointed by ISKCON in any language and ubication.
2.2. A Commercial WEB Site only will be eligible if the information offered is useful to ISKCON's devotees community and a devotee in good standard is the ownership for, at consideration of the WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE).
3. Restrictions:
3.1. Can't be eligible a WEB Site with content or links or invitations or links to WEB Sites who have contents or links to:
3.1.1. Thinking forms in opposition to the ISKCON's standards (Ritvik theory, Impersonalism, Workship to the Demigoods, WEB Sites from Gurus non initiated in ISKCON, Differents Religions, Different Vasinava's lines, Direct or indirect attaks to ISKCON and/or raise doubt or rejection the life and the mission of Srila Prabhupada.
3.1.2. Those WEB Sites propose to break or raise doubt to one or more or the four regulative principles and/or the rendition principles of the devotional life.
3.2. Only will be acceptable links to karmi WEB Sites when the applicant WEB Site are hosted into any free server and have the obligation to have theses links as retribution to the host service and/or when theses links have direct relation to the WEB Site's principal theme, under the consideration of the WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE). As example: The WEB Site of Food For Life have links to vegan and vegetarian resources, this is acceptable.
4. Requisites:
4.1. Copy and paste the following code in one or more pages in your WEB Site:

4.2. Send a e-mail to ile@iskcon.com.mx with the following information:
4.3. WEB Site's Full URL (Internet Address)
4.4. Name and general plan of the WEB Site
4.5. Your banner as you want to be inserted, with the following standards:
4.5.1. Size of 468 x 60 pixeles.
4.5.2. We can accept the following file formats: .jpg, .gif, .swf and .html (in this case we need too ALL the images called from the HTML code)
4.5.3. We can accept too: your original art or files, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, .cdr and we will make your banner.
4.6. The WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) have the right to modify or refuse the banner who not fulfill the full features.
4.7. Devotional and civil name of the WEB Servant and/or applicant.
4.8. Postal address, e-mail and phone number of the WEB Servant and/or applicant
4.9. Name of the Guru of the WEB Servant and/or applicant.
4.10. Name of the local GBC of the WEB Servant and/or applicant.
5. The banner's ratio
5.1. The proportion of times a banner is exposed in ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) will be name as ratio. The ratio can be from 1 to 5, when 5 is the maximum expossure's level.
5.2. All the banners will begin with a ratio of 1.
5.3. If the WEB Servant or the applicant WEB Site decides do not join into the ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) program and the WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) consider that these WEB Site have enough importance to the devotee's community, the banner will be instruct with a fixed ratio of 1.
5.4. If the WEB Servant of the applicant WEB Site decide to be joined to the ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) program, the banner can be instruct with a ratio from 2 to 5 as follows:
5.4.1. If in the WEB Site was added with 1 to 3 banners in different pages under the same WEB Site, the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 2.
5.4.2. If in the WEB Site was added with 4 to 10 banners in different pages under the same WEB Site, the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 3.
5.4.3. If in the WEB Site was added with 11 to 21 banners in different pages under the same WEB Site, the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 4.
5.4.4. If in the WEB Site was added with more than 22 banners in different pages under the same WEB Site, the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 5.
5.4.5. If is a Commercial WEB Site under the simple donative's program, the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 4.
5.4.6. If is a Commercial WEB Site under the donative's program and join to the ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE) program too the banner will be instruct with a ratio of 5.
6. Prices
6.1 For all the Devotional's WEB Sites, except the Commercial WEB Sites, we will ask you for a small portion of dust from your lotus feet.
6.2 For Commercial WEB Sites, we will ask you for a small donative, under common agreement between the applicant's WEB Servant and the WEB Servants of ISKCON Link Exchange (ILE), the donative can be in your offered products.
